Guacamole Dip

Servings:
Makes about 1 cup, enough for 1 person

Cooking Time:
10 minutes

Ingredients:

* 2 Avocados (The black "Haas" type), ripe
* 1 Serrano chili, finely minced
* 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions:

* Split the avocados. Remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh.
* Add the chili and salt. Mash.
* Serve immediately.


Guacamole can be used with a large variety of dishes as a sauce, topping, or basic dip. Use your best judgeme

thank you, I don't know where the hell I'll get the chilli, my friend at the local store had brought an avocado from the Dominican Republic, so I'm looking all over for a good recipe, a simple one, but yours looks simple enough. thanks again
